Oron also urged the Kisumu County government to repair malfunctioning street lights, saying poorly lit streets had become conducive to criminal activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Darkness provides cover for criminals. Restoring street lighting will improve the safety of residents, businesses and public spaces,” he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
