In the withdrawal notice, Owalo said he was abandoning both the application and the appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cTake notice that the appellant herein has withdrawn the entire Notice of Motion application dated 5th August, 2026 as well as the Memorandum of appeal dated 5th August, 2026,\u201d the notice says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The document, dated 14 August and signed by Nchoe, Jaoko & Company Advocates, does not give a reason for the withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Owalo had sought temporary orders to preserve the position pending the hearing and determination of his intended appeal against the SDT decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
